With a Master's Degree in Accountancy and Law, Alfred Du (Du Yu Jen) is an existing partner in Qin Mei Co., an accounting firm. Prior to working in Qin Mei on October 2019, he was assigned in the Sustainability Department of PwC Taiwan and was mainly responsible for Social Impact Assessment and CSR Report Assurance.

The clients he served included Asustek Computer, Far Eas Tone, ASE Group, Cathay Bank Group, CITIC Bank Group, 7-Eleven Taiwan, Charoen Pokphand Enterprise (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., Primax Electronics Ltd., My Humble House Hospitality Management Consulting Co., Ltd, Regent Hotel Group, Zhonghua Food, United Way, Water and Soil Conservation Bureau of the Executive Yuan, and others with diverse backgrounds from the Technology Industry, Food Industry, Service Industry, NPOs, and Government Organizations to cite.

He is also the first Accredited Practitioner of Social Value International in Asia and the most experienced Social Impact Assessment Project Manager in Taiwan. He led most of Taiwan's Social Impact Assessment projects. In the near future, he aims to give focus on the establishment of Impact Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship, and Social Impact Internal Assessment System.

He is committed to helping new ventures break away from the conflict between traditional social entrepreneurship and profit-making by applying the Social Impact Internal Assessment System and Impact Thinking which in turn will greatly benefit large enterprises and organizations in utilizing resources more effectively.
