1986 Master degree of Department of Soil and Water Conservation, National Chung Hsing University. Appointed as a civil servant of Mountain Agricultural Resources Development Bureau, Taiwan Province government after graduation.

1996 Appointed as the head of rural section, Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (SWCB) to be responsible for rural development and 921 earthquake rural reconstruction. On the way through, laying the foundation of rural development and construction in Taiwan.

2007 Appointed as the chief of Taipei branch, SWCB and honored with 2007 Government Service Quality Award, 2008 and 2009 Golden Quality Award.

2010 Appointed as the deputy chief of SWCB to promote the development of rural area through cross border collaboration and multiple participation for the new value creating.
