Since year 2000, Jay has devoted himself in Zhi-Shan near 20 years which operates various programs in Taiwan, Vietnam, Yunnan and Myanmar. He is also current Member of Executive Committee of Center for Civil Society and Local Governance of Natioal Chengchi University; Chairperson of Taiwan Alliance in International Development; and North East Asia Focal Person of CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness.
