Joanna leads the Social Development Division of the Foundation. Under this are programs that put people at the center of community development with current focus areas like education, youth leadership, and sustainable livelihood.

She is no stranger to non-profit institutions with her previous role as executive director of Gifts & Graces Fair Trade Foundation—a social enterprise supporting marginalized craftsmen and their livelihood.

She also has a strong entrepreneurial background, formerly being a Business Director, President, and Owner of Big and Small Marketing Co, Inc. Joanna conceptualized four home-grown businesses in children’s and maternity wear including brands like Big & Small Co, Orange Juice, Spin and Havin’ A Baby. Marketing Co.

She also served as director for sales & marketing and leasing for Alphaland Corporation, where she was able to launch projects like Balesin Island Club, Alphaland Tower, The City Club, The Makati Place Residences, And Alphaland Marina Club.
