Katherine Liu received a Ph.D. from University of Hong Kong specializing in nonprofit management, a Master of Public Administration in Indiana University-Bloomington, and a BA of Publica Administration from National Taiwan University. She joined Social Value Taiwan as a researcher since 2019. She used to work as a researcher for Taiwan NPO Self-regulation Alliance, a senior associate for CSR Services in PwC Taiwan, and currently serves as a post-doctoral researcher in National Central University (NCU). She is also an adjunct assistant professor at NCU. She has been applying Social Return of Investment to assist nonprofits, social enterprises, and the government to capture their social impacts. Her cross-sector work experiences broadens her horizon towards the world.
