Natalie Chan is the managing director of PIE Strategy, a certified B Corporation® and boutique consultancy specialising in helping corporations develop and implement bespoke sustainability strategies and programmes that create shared value for business and society. Natalie has 15 years of experience as an intrapreneur setting up and leading the corporate responsibility and sustainability practice at multinational corporations headquartered in Asia, including Swire Pacific and Hongkong & Shanghai Hotels groups. She has extensive experience in stakeholder research and engagement across cultures and sectors to drive sustainable change. Natalie also worked at South China Morning Post and served as Hong Kong staffer of APEC Business Advisory Council on policy lobbying during her tenure with Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Through PIE, Natalie supports top public policy think tanks in Hong Kong in research and engagement programmes. Natalie is the senior advisor of Civic Exchange and a consultant of Our Hong Kong Foundation’s Business for Social Good platform. Natalie also serves on the Advisory Board of London-based Ethical Corporation and a number of government and industry advisory committees in the areas of sustainability and social responsibility in Hong Kong, including the Energy Advisory Committee of the HKSAR Government. She is also a non-executive director of Hong Kong Instite of Social Impact Analysts.
