Prof. Richard(Yuan-Yi) Fang graduated with a J.D. with magna cum laude from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As a lawyer, he has had extensive experience practicing law as an attorney and an arbitrator both locally and aboard. As a distinguished academic, he is the Professor of Law and the Convener of Social Enterprise & Innovation Law Research Center at Chinese Culture University. His research includes CSR, corporate governance, and social enterprise law. He also involved  in public sector  by serving  on the exam committee of Ministry of Examination, and has been engaged with drafting the Taiwan’s Company Act, which will allow companies to be incorporated as a benefit company.
