Sean joined O-Bank (previously known as Industrial Bank of Taiwan) in 2015, as the Bank commenced its transformation to the first native digital bank in Taiwan. As Assistant Manager of Global Business Department, Sean’s multi-faceted responsibilities include strategic planning, alliance building, management of overseas subsidiaries, and corporate social responsibility.

Sean is currently the Project Manager of O-Bank’s B Corp Project, and spearheaded the efforts that led O-Bank to become the first B Corp financial institution in Taiwan, and the first publicly listed certified B Corp bank in the world. As a board director of B Lab Taiwan, he frequently participates in workshops and conferences, and guest lectures in universities to help promote the B Corp Movement in Taiwan.

Sean believes deeply in the idea of “doing well by doing good”, and is passionate about the issues of ESG and socially responsible capitalism. He holds a B.S. degree in Risk Management and Insurance from National Chengchi University in Taipei, and is a member of the business academic honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma.
